Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the electricity meter installation and meter maintenance processes performed in all Depots
- Plan, monitor and manage projects within the Project Management sub-section
- Provide overall direction for management of the Metering and Electrical Installation section
- Develop and manage processes that ensure Energy Department revenue stream is optimized
- Manage installation and maintenance of prepayment meters, conventional meters and AMR metering in the Depots
- Manage Capital and Operational Budgets of Metering and Electrical installation section
- Manage revenue-based capital budget allocations made to the metering and electrical installations section
- Manage and provide strategic direction to develop, drive, implement and monitor effectiveness of customer education activities, campaigns and community projects
